Derrick T. Griggs

Chief Operating Officer

Derrick is responsible for the oversight of capital improvements and maintenance for the Alliance’s more than 400 housing units. Derrick works with the Alliance’s Leadership Team and its Board of Directors to develop strategic direction for the organization. Derrick has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate development, business planning and analysis, property management, non-profit development, financial planning and analysis, and mergers and acquisitions. A graduate of Asbury Park High School, Derrick has an undergraduate degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in International Business, both from Rutgers University.
